"Hand-Pulled Noodle Challenge! A Ramen Master Experience to Enjoy with Friends"

Kyoto
2hours
This experience offers an opportunity to delve into the "essence" of ramen making, working alongside friends in a spacious kitchen equipped with six sinks and workstations.

Participants will meticulously experience the process of making authentic hand-pulled noodles from scratch, starting with flour, thereby learning about the depth of Japanese noodle culture.

About Host

Masa Yamamoto

"My name is Masa from Kyoto. I’m currentry studying English conversation. My English might not be perfect yet, but I'll guide you with all my omotenashi (Japanese spirit of hospitality)! I can take you on a tour of Kyoto's best ramen shops, yakitori (grilled chicken skewers) spots, and izakayas (Japanese pubs). If you have any specific places you'd like to go, let me know in advance and I can make reservations for you. And the absolute must-do thing I recommend is a "Ramen Making Experience"! Making ramen from scratch is truly exciting! There are even courses where you can become a ramen chef for a day and make ramen in an actual shop, so you should definitely give it a try! Feel free to ask for details! I'm looking forward to it!"
