The Chichibu Night Festival is said to be a festival where this Myoken-sama , the goddess of Chichibu Shrine , and the dragon god , the male deity of Mount Buko , meet once a year . The sculptures donated by Tokugawa Ieyasu are a highlight .
Famous ones include 'The Tiger Raising a Child' , 'The Bound Dragon' , and 'The Three Energetic Monkeys' , among many others that have various .
