Discover the real Nagoya beyond the usual tourist attractions! Join me for a 2-hour walking tour through Yanagibashi Central Market, a lively local seafood market just a short walk from Nagoya Station. Explore narrow backstreets filled with traditional fish shops, seafood vendors, and small local restaurants. Experience the atmosphere of a Japanese market where local chefs and residents shop for fresh ingredients. One of the highlights of this tour is enjoying a delicious kaisendon (fresh seafood rice bowl) at a local restaurant. As your local host, I'll share stories about Nagoya's food culture, everyday Japanese life, and hidden places that many tourists never discover. I'm also a music composer and a professional working in law and international education, so I enjoy meeting people from different cultures and exchanging stories. This is more than just a food tour — it's a chance to experience authentic local life in Nagoya with a friendly Japanese host!
